WHAT WE DO
Project Second Chance is dedicated to rescuing, rehabilitating,
& finding forever homes for our rescues.
We are working address the animal welfare crisis in Puerto Rico with spay/neuter initiatives and feeding routes to aid homeless and abandoned animals. We also provide assistance to shelters and dogs in need of emergency care.
Project Second Chance is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization.
